Returns & Refund PolicyReturns & ExchangesYou have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Product must not be assembled or used
  • Both product and packaging must be in resalable condition

If you received a replacement and wish to return it, you must return both the original and replacement items.Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Returns outside this window or in poor condition will not be accepted.To start a return, email hello@crispwoomera.com with:

  • Your full name and email used for the order
  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange

Note:

  • CRISPWOOMERA.com does not provide return labels or cover return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your package is refused or returned to sender, you are responsible for the return shipping and any applicable fees.

Processing returns may take 7–14 days after receipt.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Damages and IssuesPlease inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@crispwoomera.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate and resolve it quickly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable ItemsWe cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


ExchangesThe fastest way to get a new item is to return the unwanted one. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.


RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.
Please allow a few days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.


Late or Missing RefundsIf it’s been more than 5 business days since you received your refund confirmation but no funds appear, please:

  1. Check your spam/junk mail for any refund notifications.
  2. Contact hello@crispwoomera.com if you still don’t see it.

Missing ItemsIf any item is missing, contact hello@crispwoomera.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Include photos of:

  • The packing slip
  • All items received
  • The shipping label

If more than 5 days pass without notification, we’ll assume the order was received as recorded and cannot offer compensation.
